Background
As a drummer’s daughter, music has been a defining part of my identity for as long as I can remember. I started performing in vocal ensembles at age four, and began private lessons at the New England Conservatory prep school when I was twelve. I went on to study vocal performance and music education in college, ultimately receiving my Bachelor’s of Music Education in 2018.
I owe my life to music. It has given me solace in the wake of immeasurable heartache, taught me joyous self-expression, and nurtured some of my most valuable friendships.
